Hi Lenny,

I'm writing to ask you if you can add my fellow public participation
specialists at DTSC to the conference. We are all on the PROFS system with
the state but we cannot initiate e-mail outside of our system; we can only
respond to those outside via a reply to an e-mail sent into our system. I
have already added myself. If I give you the addresses, can you add them?

As far as the budget cuts, I don't know why they are doing it other than it
is passe, base closure is not in the limelight like it used to be. They
have other bridges to burn!
