At Moffett, we comment on issues where reuse and cleanup overlap. For example,
we argue for cleanup standards which would allow cleanup if the FEderal government
ever closes the airstrip.

But outright debates on future use take place elsewhere. Unfortunately, because
the property has remained in Federal hands, we don't have an open reuse
authority.
