Another use for bunkers is one that is currently being employed at 
the bunkers in the former US base in Subic Bay, Philippines. There, 
some of the bunkers have been leased to wine merchants, who are 
storing bottles prior to shipping. The bunkers are quite cool, and 
very constant in temperature. 

So now we have wine and mushrooms from bunkers - much like beating 
swords into ploughshares!
