It is important to understand what is going on in Congress right now. 
They are not actually coming out and saying the are rolling back 
environmental legislation, rather they are cutting out funding for 
agencies such as EPA, ATSDR, etc. to enforce these regulations.

All of this is happening in the Congressional committees 
(specifically appropriations).

We will continue to keep you informed and suggest that spread the word 
as well.
