Can anyone suggest how to obtain information about what kinds of contamination 
exists on military bases in Canada? We seem to be far behind the US in public 
awareness and military cooperation. There seems to be precious little of 
either! The residents living near an artillery range and battle school want 
to increase awareness and determine just what the situation is and has been on 
the base. Where and how do we start?
