Regarding the effects of TCE, ATDSR did a health study in Tucson in 1995 and found a high correlation between TCE exposure (through drinking water) and cancer and surprisingly, Lupus. This study compared two similar socioeconomic groups of approximately 600 people per group. The exposed group had been drinking TCE contaminated water for up to 30 years. However, there were too many flaws in the study to be conclusive. Peter Strauss | |
