VARIABLE OVERSIGHT BROCHURE
The Air Combat Command's Variable Oversight initiative, described 
previously on this newsgroup, has published - in cooperation with U.S. 
EPA - a glossy 12-page brochure summarizing its findings and proposals. 
The brochure, titled: "Variable Oversight: Taking the Bureaucracy out 
of Cleanup for Faster, More Cost-Effective Results," puts the project's 
recommendations into plain English with the intent of promoting 
stakeholder participation.
