I received a request to recommend a speaker at a seminar for Russian 
shipbuilding executives and navy officers starting on October 1st
on the subject of Decommissioning and Disposal of Russian nuclear 
combatant vessels. They need to decommision over 200 nuclear 
submarines over the next few years. The sponsors are a commercial 
consulting group, A&Z Kane, International Business development and
