I don't know about anyone else, but I find this alarming news. What is to stop the military from doing this at other bases? I'm not at a BRAC base so I don't know all the ins and outs of funding allocation. Does the military still retain responsibility for cleanup if the base becomes a FUDS? Dottie | |
