EARLY TRANSFER: NEW DRAFT COMING U.S. EPA is in the process of streamlining and revising its Draft Policy on the Early Transfer of contaminated federal facilities. The new version should be available in mid-September. I'll post a reference when it's ready. Lenny Siegel | |
