I agree completely. The National Association of RABs would be for the
community representatives of RABs, as well as CABs, and other related
working groups. With regard to another message I received, I should
acknowledge that I would not expect DOD to support it, and while EPA
support would be nice I do not necessarily think it would happen, nor is
it needed to get it off the ground (although it may be needed to hold a
conference down the road, but this level of financial support can be
addressed later).
