Good idea for the NABER. While it seems more policy oriented, it
also seems that it could accomplish what was my main interest
which was to use national level relationships and contacts to
get rid of chronic nagging problems for specific communities
such as not getting the presentation on an event years old. Or
then again, maybe it is totally different.
