Last time I saw an official count, there were RABs or Technical
Review Committees serving about 250 installations. However, some
RABs cover more than one base. Since that time, there appear to
have been many new RABs formed, particularly at former defense
sites.

Maybe someone at the Cleanup Office at DOD could check the
current number for us.
