Correction regarding pre-TAPP program at North Island. Dottie Marron wrote up an excellent description of the North Island Naval Air Station pre-TAPP Program. I just wanted to clarify that the Navy provided $25,000 for consultants (not $5,000). The program is working well, but as she stated, timeliness of review is the biggest problem. Laura Hunter | |
