UXO LEGACY IN VIETNAM

I spotted a brief AP story this week-end about UXO in Vietnam.
Construction crews expanding a canal in the southern An Giang province
uncovered 700 unexploded artillery shells in the first six miles of a
30-mile project. "There are reports almost every week in southern
Vietnam of leftover ordnance exploding and killing villagers."
