Subject: | BCT participation |
from Greg Hurley, El Toro Marine Corps Air Station RAB I have heard that there are some Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs) and Local Reuse Authorities (LRAs) that have been allowed to participate on their base's BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) Cleanup Team (BCT). Currently the Navy is denying the RAB and the LRA a seat at our BCT meetings. Can anyone help me with the name of base where the RAB or LRA is a member of, or participates in the BCT? Navy facilities would be especially helpful.
