National RAB Co-chairs Meeting?

I have just heard of a national RAB co-chair conference coming up in
California. Does anyone have any more detailed information about this? Is it
for community co-chairs, installation co-chairs, or both? Who is sponsoring
this event?

As far as I know this is seperate from the planned National RAB Caucus 
meeting
in February to coincide with the next DERTF meeting.
