Biological Warfare Agents in Panama (fwd)

I would be very interested in obtaining any information concerning the
use/testing/development of Biological Warfare Agents in Panama. There
are indications that there was developmental testing of various
biological agents dating from the early 1950's thru the late 1970's.

I am also trying to track the use and testing of various herbicides such
as "Agent Orange" that may have been conducted in Panama during the
Viet-Nam time period.
