TAPP program information request

To any community RAB members with TAPP experience:

I serve on the Adak RAB in Alaska. The RAB is interested in applying for a
Technical Assistance for Public Participation grant. I would appreciate
information from any community RAB members if you have successfully applied
for TAPP program funding--for example, 1) how long did the application
process take; 2) how did your RAB participate in the procurement process and
how long did it take; 3) how is the TAPP program working for your RAB?
