Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] NPL listing timelines |
Does anyone know what the requirements currently are for deciding on proposed National Priority List listings? How long does EPA have to place proposed sites on the NPL, formally defer the listing, or rejected the listing outright? I recall a lawsuin in New England where the courts required EPA to evaluate and list sites. I'm wondering about sites that have already scored high enough for listing, but which are stuck at the "Proposed" level in the process.
