Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] Auto Reply |
If you sometimes use your e-mail software's Auto Reply feature - to say that you're out of your office, for example - please read the following: When you send a Reply ("Re: Mail") to a CPEO Military Environmental Forum [Brownfields Internet Forum] message, your message now goes directly to the originating author. If you set your software to Auto Reply to incoming messages, your message is similarly directed to the originator of the incoming message. If you are concerned that this will send your e-mail address or other information to people with whom you might not wish to correspond directly, you can elect to receive Forum messages as a Digest. You'll receive only one message per day, containing all Forum postings for that day grouped together. With a Digest subscription, your Auto Reply will come to CPEO. We will not forward it to the list. If you want to respond specifically to one of the messages in the Digest, you can still type in the e-mail address of the author. To sign up for the Digest, just send an e-mail to <cpeo@cpeo.org>, specifying which of our two forums - Military Environmental Forum or Brownfields Internet Forum - you want to receive in that form. Thank you. You can find archived listserve messages on the CPEO website at http://www.cpeo.org/lists/index.html. If this email has been forwarded to you and you'd like to subscribe, please send a message to: cpeo-military-subscribe@igc.topica.com ________________________________________________________________________ Start an Email List For Free at Topica. http://www.topica.com/register | |
