[CPEO-MEF] Is SFAAP to become a hazardous waste storage site?

The DOD, Army, EPA and State of Kansas is considering turning SFAAP into a
"Hazardous Waste Storage Site" for SWMU's 10 and 11 and other SWMU's plus
the old trash dump sites.

Where does the Johnson County Commissioners stand on this?

Is this to save money to allow Oz off the hook for clean up.
