The following came as two e-mails from Paul Zanis <ZAP59@aol.com>: Here on Cape Cod The OB/OD site had no fencing at all. A matter of fact during hunting season you were allowed to walk right through the area. If you knew what to look for you could even stop and pick up some C4 and detonators and go on your merry way! But that has finally all stopped since one of my famous site walks. The EPA asked the guard to make the area "off limits". Still no fence. ... Sorry Lenny fences don't work. Patrols are a joke. The only thing that works is a good clean-up by professional UXO companies. Then returning the land to the people.
