Hello ! Steve

What information do you have pertaining to the construction and operation
of an advisory board on a toxic site, when the installation chair has
usurped the autonomy of the Community chair...and this is accomplished with
the aid of Shell Oil, a charged polluter of this site, also using political
assistance to render the position of the Community Chair, ineffective.
