WW2 Bomb Explodes at Airport, Misses Plane

 BERLIN (Reuters) - A World War Two-era bomb exploded at an airport in
the German town of Siegen Thursday, blowing a 50-foot-wide hole in the
runway moments after a passenger plane had landed, police said.

 No one was injured by the blast, which left a crater several yards deep
and forced officials to shut the airport.
