Canada Cleans up PCB Contamination at Former U.S. Radar Site 

IQALUIT, Nunavut, Canada, October 10, 2000 (ENS) - Canada's federal
government wants to clean up contamination from a former United States
radar base by shipping 20,000 barrels of soil tainted with polychlorinated
biphenyls to a treatment facility in Quebec.
