Judge OKs $5M Lockheed Settlement

BURBANK, Calif. (AP) - A judge approved a $5 million settlement between
aerospace giant Lockheed Martin Corp. and more than 300 Burbank residents
who claimed they were sickened by toxic pollution.

Lockheed offered the settlement to end nearly four years of litigation

``We're pleased that it appears that this litigation is over,'' company
spokeswoman Gail E. Rymer said.
