[CPEO-MEF] Technical problems with the MEF

Dear Military Environmental Forum Subscriber,

For the past 7 days CPEO has been experiencing problems with its 
Internet Service Provider (First World Communications).  You may have 
attempted to send messages to the MEF and received a "Fatal Error" 
message from our listserve email account. Our ISP is in the process of 
fixing the problem and we'll inform you as soon as we are back online.

If you'd like to post a message to the MEF please send your message to 
<psimon@cpeo.org> and include a message saying "Please post to the MEF." 
I will be sending out messages through my personal email account until 
the problems have been fixed.  

Please note that our website, www.cpeo.org, is also being affected by 
FirstWorld's server problems.  We hope to have it up and running again 
very soon.  Sorry about the inconvenience and as always thank you for 
your patience.
