Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] Spring Valley meeting |
It's probably a good idea to test all the properties in Spring Valley, but areas "known" to be uncontaminated in the vicinity should be tested as well as a baseline. The relatively high incidence of arsenic may be due to other factors. For example, in the south, there is a high incidence of arsenic in all lands that were used for cotton as arsenic was used as a pesticide for over a century.
