My initial reaction to Congressman Snyder's proposal is to ask one question: IS HE OUT OF HIS MIND? IS HE NOT FOLLOWING WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE EXISTING BRAC/FUDS SITES??? OR IS HE BUT NOT BELIEVING WHAT IS TRULY HAPPENING ON THEM? There is not enough money being funded through congress to cleanup what is out there now. How does he propose to cleanup more of them?
