I have a couple of questions regarding this posting: Will the acronym BRAC now be EFI? Given the amount of money being saved in closing more facitilities, which I believe is a wise decision, will any of this money be used (3.5 billion is allot of money for one yr.) for cleanup or will it strictly be used for better defense methods?
