Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] Site 300/Complex geology |
I've posted on both these websites due to Peter Strauss being well known by both. In the latest Citizen's Watch newsletter, Peter is quoted :Strauss explained that the complex geology of the site makes characterizing the gw flow especially difficult. I would like to know what Site 300 geology is like and why gw flow is difficult to establish. It appears the Camp Bonneville Base Closure is experiencing the same sort of difficulty is establishing gw flow (of course this could be due to the dangers of drilling wells where cleanup has not happened). One last question: can anyone suggest a website about radioactive waste that states JUST the facts in detail without pushing either the 'good' or 'bad' effects? Thanks, Stella Bourassa ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | |
