CHEMICAL WEAPONS DESTRUCTION FACES TECHNICAL HURDLES

WASHINGTON, DC, September 4, 2001 (ENS) - Alternatives to the Army's 
incineration system for destroying chemical weapons at Colorado's Pueblo 
Chemical Depot must overcome technical hurdles before becoming
operational, 
say two new reports from the National Academies' National Research
Council.
