The Department of Defense has released a new version of the Management Guidance for the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (September, 2001). The is the basic policy document governing hazardous waste/substance cleanup programs at the Department of Defense. The 1.6MB PDF file may be downloaded from http://www.dtic.mil/envirodod/DERP_MGT_GUIDANCE_0901.pdf. The entire document, including 57 pages of text, runs 98 pages.
