The knell for Oz Entertainment Co. came in a two-part motion approved following a two-hour, 12-minute executive session of the Johnson County Commission with Don Jarret, its legal counsel. First, the motion rescinded and canceled the $168,300 financial review and feasibility study the commission had approved last month. It went on to "decline further study or review of the redevelopment proposed as submitted by Oz Entertainment Company."
