For chemical weapons destruction facilities, state agencies have 
authority...with the exception of the Johnston Atoll facility in the 
Pacific, where Region 9 EPA has authority.

As a reminder, all the latest newsclips from chemical weapons sites, 
recent press releases, documents, etc. are updated daily on the 
Chemical Weapons Working Group website at www.cwwg.org.
