Is there a stakeholder in Maryland that could put together several
documents regarding the dangers of leaving contamination in the ground?  
I did this for an elected public official when they compared UXO's to 
firecrackers in regards to getting to close, touching them or picking 
them up.  Many times the lack of knowledge causes one to make statements 
that are later regretted.  I hope this would be the case for Congressman 
Barlett.
