What mechanisms will be put in place to track how this 200 million isbeing spent? Since money is 'always' the bottom line with cleanup, the importance of 'tracking' how this money is being spent is of the utmost importance, yes?! Will the financial statements be public record? The regulators and regulated are well known for not seeing eye to eye on methodologies and more up-to-date, proven technologies. I would like to know if both groups go 'outside' their agencies (and favorite methods) and investigate other sites that have proven successful in utilizing newer technologies (such as here in Pinellas, Florida regarding groundwater contamination and the technology they chose to use).
