[CPEO-MEF] Cape Cod Cleanup of Perchlorate, RDX Plume

Dear Folks,

One reason this is significant is that cleanup includes both RDX and 
Perchlorate, posing special problems. The headline is a little 
misleading because the Army Guard was proposing to begin treatment of 
only the leading edge, which is not yet well defined, but not the 
high concentration areas which are well defined. The change came 
about because of arguments from community members of the Impact Area 
Advisory Team, together with EPA Region 1.
