See the website at the bottom for registration information. --Susan Gawarecki Register to attend the UXO Basic Training Short Course, sponsored by the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC). The course, held in conjunction with the UXO/Countermine Forum 2002, provides you the opportunity to learn about: (1) the basic terminology used in the UXO arena (2) OE/UXO identification (3) safety concerns (4) regulatory requirements (5) technology site investigations (6) site remediation The course will be offered on September 3 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Conference Center in Orlando, Florida. Registration is $100, and includes training materials and a break. You do not have to attend the UXO/Countermine Forum 2002 in order to take advantage of this opportunity.
