ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATION PROGRAM ANNUAL
SOLICITATION FOR FY 2004:

The ESTCP Annual Solicitation for FY 2004 has been released. The Calls
for Proposals from DoD and Non-DoD Federal organizations were released
on January 9, 2003, and the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) was posted
in the Commerce Business Daily/FedBizOpps on January 9, 2003.

DoD Phase I proposals are due April 10, 2003.
Non-DoD Federal preproposals are due March 13, 2003.
Preproposals from the non-federal sector are due March 13, 2003.
