Lenny, Regarding Mountain View's TCE plume air emissions: You said carbon filtration would be exchanged for the air strippers rather than putting scrubber technology on the air strippers. This technology may disappoint you because Carbon filtration, alone, has not succeeded in any measurable level for cleaning Fort Ord's TCE (chemical cocktail) Plume.
