[CPEO-MEF] RRPI Sectional Analysis & Range Sustainment Directive

The Department of Defense has put out a Sectional Analysis of its
recently released legislative language entitled Range and Readiness
Preservation Initiative (available at:
http://www.cpeo.org/pubs/RRPI2.doc).  It has also made available the
Range Sustainment Directive.  According to the Pentagon, “this document
is one of the steps DoD is undertaking to look at a variety of ways to
resolve the many challenges facing our training and testing ranges
today.”
