Look for the "Lowry" tab. Many public thanks to CDPHE for issuing this order. It's a little late, but better than not calling for a recharacterization at all. That this order has been issued should be a wakeup call to anyone dealing with a FUDS or BRAC site, or for that matter a brownfield. Without excellent site histories and characterization, the owner of the property is potentially passing on problems which will only be more arduous and expensive - for others - to clean up.
