* Finding a Federal Surplus -- Properties, That Is!
Panel Session
Tuesday, October 28, 10:45-12:15
New federal legislation, creative tools, federal and state incentives,
and active state and local governments have increased community interest
in acquiring surplus federal properties. Learn how communities can work
with federal agencies to spark developers' interest in reusing surplus
federal property to assist in local revitalization efforts.
