As regular readers of both of CPEO's listserves - the Military
Environmental Forum (MEF) and the Brownfields Internet Forum (BIF) -
must realize by now, we at CPEO are increasing our coverage related to
trichloroethylene (TCE) contamination and cleanup as well as the closely
related issue of indoor and outdoor vapor intrusion. Some of the
articles and other documents we receive neatly fit into the "military"
or "brownfields" category, and those we will continue to send out to
their respective lists.

However, many TCE or vapor intrusion stories apply to non-military sites
that are not undergoing redevelopment. As such, they don't fit easily
into either category. We believe these items are important, so we have
decided to post them consistently on the Brownfields Internet Forum.
