The panel, formed by Marine Commandant Gen. Michael Hagee, will host speakers from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and again from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at Coastal Carolina Community College's Fine Arts Building. The panel, which lost an academic research scientist when he resigned shortly after his appointment, also expects to announce today or Thursday that a water systems expert will be his replacement, a panel spokesman said.
