[CPEO-MEF] TOTO settles Sunflower suit

Settlement Reached in De Soto

News 13 (Topeka, KS)

A settlement of a four-year-old lawsuit will require the federal
government to assess contamination at the former Sunflower Army
Ammunition Plant near DeSoto.

The out-of-court settlement was reached this week between the U-S
General Services Administration and an activist group in Johnson County.
