[CPEO-MEF] New websites for fort ord

Dear CPEO Webmaster,

There is a new website that may be useful for other bases going through
similar closures as Fort Ord. Please visit www.fosfs.com to see the valuable
information IE Fort Ord Risk Assessment Protocol, Federal Facilities
Agreement, and the Handbook for Closed, Transferred and Transferring
military bases. 

It would be greatly appreciated if you would broadcast this website to make
the citizens of Monterey County and Santa Cruz County well aware of what is
going on.
