The 2004 version of the Defense Environmental Restoration Program Annual
Report is now available at https://www.denix.osd.mil/denix/Public/News/OSD/DEP2004/deparc2004.html, except now it is part of the umbrella Defense Environmental Programs Annual Report. Note that in addition to the tables of installations, one can generate installation-specific reports.
